Well, I think you were asking about Distiller and version 6 is running threw
Rosetta and version 8 is running Universal binary. Creator 7 is Rosetta, and
Creator 8 beta can be ran Universal binary, but it's a beta!

I have been having loads of issues with our Intel Imac and distilling
.eps files from creator 7.0.5 , now I tried both Distiller 6 and
Distiller 8 and what will happen from time to time is that distiller
will not distill a file because of a font issue, and that same ad after
a reboot or using "Font Fingler" utlitily will distill perfectly and for
days, but then it will act up again and find font issues. On the
opposite side of the Imac we have a Power PC Imac with the same fonts
and application version and everything all the time runs smoothly. What
is the deal? Is Creator 7 and intel mac's running flaky?
