Nav Services stores some info in each app's .plist (they're named in  
reverse DNS, e.g. com.multiad.creator.plist). The info stored is  
fairly simple; last folder viewed for each dialog, dialog view type,  
etc. I'm fairly certain that trashing this file will not give you any  
speed improvements with regards to drawing file icons.
