Font issues - C8 & dfont's

Yes, Steve I enlarged the missing commas file and I concur. The characters
appear to only be half-drawn, yet are practically invisible at normal size.
I will submit a bug for this issue.

As for the bullets, etc. it is happening with these system fonts:

Bigcaslon.dfont
Optima.dfont
HelveticaNeue.dfont
Cochin.dfont
Copperplate.dfont
Didot.dfont
Futura.dfont
GillSans.dfont
Papyrus.dfont
Zapfino.dfont

It is as if Creator isn't reading the character map properly, or has trouble
past the 128 character mark, or er, something... But feel free to slap me if
my amateurish engineering conjecture is off-base. I would like to avoid
creating postscript versions to sidestep the issue if possible. I generally
prefer to leave system fonts alone.
