C8 - fonts cut off slightly

Our artists are complaining about this as well. All Type 1 fonts.

LCD screens only, the CRTs seem to be fine (anecdotal evidence for the CTR
screen report, I have not been able to witness that first-hand). The
rendering at smaller point sizes will slice and dice the characters, if a
stem on a character is small enough, it disappears entirely (like 8 pt
type). Once enlarged, they render correctly.

I have turned on the anti-aliasing in Creator and checked all the display
options in the system controls. No effect on this. Older Creator (Pro 7) is
fine, this is a new thing for Creator 8 Pro.

Creator 8 is the only program exhibiting this.
