C8 - fonts cut off slightly

Verified on CRT screen as well.

Used Geneva, Helvetica, Formata (.dfont and Type 1's). The glaring most
noticeable example, the last stem of the "m" disappears entirely at various
point sizes, 100% zoom factor, all fonts.
