seek failed

We use duel save, (1 on server and 1 on workstation)
We back up jobs every night and back up the artwork collections every 
week. (retrospect to disk)
Each weeks jobs are saved to dvd along with the artwork used.

no backup is complete without an offsite set.

we have 2 additional sets of back up disks that are rotated offsite every 
week in case of fire, tornado or flood

We have an "alleged" back-up system.
Our problem today however is the power going out every 30 to 60 mins.
