Just make sure the person assigned to take the backups offsite  
actually gets them there each time. There were a few times when I was  
working at an insurance company when the weekly backup would finish  
around 2-4am, and I was too tired to make the long drive to the  
storage facility that contained the safe the tapes were stored in.  
They were offsite, only in the back of my car. :) Of course, this was  
in the day when a full backup filled 2 or 3 large crates with mag tape  
reels. Not like now where a few tiny DATs or whatever can hold  
everything.

OK, enough reminiscing, back to work.
