Disappearing Ads

Have any of you experienced a problem with PDFs not being updated. When our
Proofers release the Creator files for processing generally the system will
convert and save without an issue. In a few instances, though, if the
process is interrupted by someone trying to make a correction to the
original file (.crtr)  then the conversion will complete but with none of
the changes put in place. We use DPS AdTracker to assign status, load, and
locate ads (also has a plug in module, and obviously we use Pitstop for
Preflight and Distiller for . The system is rather straight forward and I
think the problem is probably in the disruption of the processing/conversion
cycle. Any thoughts?
