We also use ALS and CLS from MEI for pagination. We tried to update  
both programs last September, ALS upgrade was good, but CLS upgrade  
was a big step backwards for us, and we didn't follow through on the  
upgrade, which is a real pain because now I have 3 Macs tied up to do  
pagination where I used to only have 2 Macs. We are a bit upset with  
them at the moment, also. It's been a year and no solution to our  
problem. We got the infamous "you do things differently than any  
other newspaper we deal with". That excuse only holds out for so long.

If misery loves company, we're right there with your group.

Which is why we have looked at Roundhouse from them for Ad Tracking  
software, but are reluctant to move ahead on it, because of our past  
problems.

With all that said, if Roundhouse offers the best deal, we will work  
with them again, because the end user is what is most important to  
our workflow.
