Angela-
Bob Branen of WebMediaInc.com set ours up, as well as others. We  
entered our account information, but he tweaked the scripts for what  
we wanted Filemaker to do. We do most of the tweaking ourselves now.  
We are still in contact him if we have problems, which have been far  
and few between...I wouldn't hesitate to do it all again! Love the  
program!
