Acrobat Professional 8 problems?

I think the general problem is that Adobe hasn't developed a Server based
version for Mac and the existing ones for PC and UNIX fall well short of
ideal. We use Creator 8.0.1, I have the At. Dept. manager testing the 8.0.2
beta right now, and use the AutoEPS program to create the EPS file that
Distiller creates a PDF from. We don't have a tremendous number of setbacks
but because the files have to be local we are having a small problem with
bottlenecking. We have addressed that by creating multiple watch folders on
different systems, but have had a couple of those fail on us inexplicably in
the last few months. Recreating them seems to fix it though.
