Added colors in the color list REDUX

I find this to happen after copying and pasting an element from one  
Creator doc into another, even though I believe that color is the  
same in both docs. I am told that it is because the colors somehow  
are not exactly the same. Interestingly though I have also had this  
happen with grayscale. I don't know what would make one "20% Gray"  
different from another, but I have had "20% Gray 1" added to the  
color palette.
