Added colors in the color list REDUX

The color list grows when *opening* C4 ads? Or do you mean when  
placing C4 ads into a Creator document?

It's been a while since I've looked into this, but yes, there is some  
part of the color that is not the same as the existing color. Oh, I  
think it was some internal variable that specifies which panel it was  
created/edited in. But I thought that'd been fixed in the last year or  
so. Which version are the two of you using?
