Added colors in the color list REDUX

I can't remember when I saw this happen last, but I would say it
would be within the last 6 months or so. I am usually for the most
part up to date with Creator, so I would guess it was while using
upper versions of Creator 7 and/or possibly early Creator 8.

I just did a test using elements with colors that I know are the same
and copying and pasting them back and forth between 2 docs to see if
I could get it to happen (using C8.0.1), and although I expected to
get an additional color added to the color palette, it did not
happen. Tried it with grayscale too. So it is possible that what I
was seeing is fixed. I'll keep an eye out.
