Preview Icon troubles

Creator 7.0.5, PPC G4, OS X.4.10, Running Classic, too

Creator docs have the purple icon for Entourage; not Creator' red  
one.  They open okay in Creator.  Get Info Preview shows the  
Entourage icon.  When file is open, the icon at top of page is Creator.

User trashed Creator 7 app because she wanted C4 docs to open in C4  
with a double-click in Finder.  Now, she wants C7 back and her files  
are doing this.  Any suggestions?
