Preview Icon troubles

Has she rebooted since re-installing C7? If not, try that. If that  
doesn't work, select a C7 document, Get Info, click open the triangle  
next to Open With, choose Creator 7, then click the Change All  
button. You might need to reboot again to see the changes (the Finder  
has never been all that smart about knowing when file info has changed).
