alternative to numeric [enter] for switching between Arrow and Text tool?

Good morning all,

Is there a way to create an alternative keystroke for the [enter] on the 
numeric keypad that will switch between the Arrow and Text tools?  I 
don't see it on any menu..

Running C7.0.6 on OSX 10.4.9 or .10.
