Everything above DrawCFStringGuts (line 15 in thread 0) is OS code.  
Text is attempting to be measured before drawing it into a popup  
control, but something has hosed the fonts or just memory in general.

One thing I don't see in the things you've tried is throwing out the  
font cache folder /Library/Caches/com.apple.ATS/ and rebooting.

One final thing: Display All Typefaces was removed from our  
installers quite some time ago because some 3rd party code had a bug  
that could cause crashes when too many glyphs in too many fonts had  
been displayed. If you need a WYSIWYG font list printed out, either  
do it in batches or use another app. There are quite a few freeware  
apps that do just that.
