OT: electronic tear sheets

We send our pages to a watched folder and have Acrobat distill them to a low
resolution, composite page. Then upload them to a file server managed by
MerlinOne. We use QuarkXpress 6.5.

If you want it fully automated, there is an extension on Quark's website
that will allow you to print the page to the RIP then it will send it to the
same watched folder. We still have to manipulate the file name to the naming
conventions that MerlinOne requires.
