OT - FTP & Firewalls etc

We have an FTP site - setup for one of our major clients - to receive ad 
proofs. The system works great yadda yadda.

The problem is that the person who normally access's the FTP site from 
the client side will be out of the office and working from home for a 
couple of weeks.

She does not have static IP at home and we have a firewall. Any attempts 
to set her up so that she can access from home have failed (her IP 
address keeps changing)

Is there an alternative..besides emailing the ads???
