PDFs and OPI

We are having an issue with placed Xinet OPI LoRes (FPO) PDFs in  
Creator.

If an FPO of the PDF is placed in the Creator document and the  
document is saved and opened later Creator says it can't find the  
placed image. Navigating to the image finds it where it is supposed to  
be and the image then appears in the ad.

I found an archived message from September 2005 about the same issue,  
but I couldn't find a response.

This is happening in Creator 7 and 8 on both OS9 and OSX.
