Well, let's see if we can get some info another way. Quit and launch  
Creator 8.0.x and hold down the d and b keys until the splash screen  
goes away. This will put the Debug menu into the menubar. Choose Log  
File I/O AND Log Exceptions. Now try to make the problem occur. When  
it does, quit and send me the 2 files in ~/Library/Application Support/ 
MultiAd/:

fileio.log
exceptions.log

And tell me the name of the FPO pdf that Creator could not find.
