Exception thrown?

And you *did* make sure the Log Exceptions menu item was checked in  
that menu?

If you didn't get a log in that folder, then the exception was thrown  
by a mechanism other than Creator's own exception handler, so it won't  
generate log output. If that's the case, then I supposed you could try  
the next step, which would be to turn on Log File I/O in that same  
menu. I might at least be able to see how far the save action got  
before the exception gets thrown. That will generate the fileio.log  
file in the same location.
