Shift Key

A user in production "Shift" key isn't working with Multi-ad creator 8, it
works fine in other applications like "Photoshop" , "OSX 10.4" for adding
files, "Entourage" , but when in Creator 8 it doesn't work. I tried
deleteing the "multiad.creator.plist" file and re-launch and that didn't fix
it. What else could it be?

User machine:
Mac Pro 2.66 GHZ (Intel)
OSX 10.4.11
Creator 8
Photoshop 7
Entourage 2004
