pdf color seps

Any way I can generate PDFs from Creator of the individual color  
plates in a document? Right now all I can do is generate a multipage  
PDF of all the color plates but I want each plate as a separate file.  
I used to extract them individually using Acrobat Pro, but I no longer  
have it on my Mac since I upgraded to Leopard. It was an old version  
of Pro and all I needed it for at this point was to extract pages.  
Anybody know any other way to do this?
