blurred shadows fixed??

Will the color shift on other object also be fixed in the next major 
release?  I have recently noticed that throughout a multi-page document 
colors will change on most of the stuff if there is a soft shadow 
anywhere in the document.  Example a blue bar of 100% Cyan and 60% 
Magenta it will end up on every plate, even though it's on a different 
page than the shadow, when sent to a pdf.  Remove the shadow do 
everything else exactly the same and it's fine.  Tech support said it's 
a known issue with no workaround at present.
