Glad to hear you're still there, because the forum is awesome! We've  
been pretty lucky up here in central WI. Back in 2002 the feed mill  
(which was only 100 feet from us) was hit by a tornado and totally  
destroyed, but left our building intact. That was a total wake-up call!
