Strange PDF header? problem

We employ a similar procees with Creator/Quark.
My first suspicion would be with the original "camera ready" PDF.
Did someone different send it?
Were the same settings/programs used to make it?
Remove the PDF form the Creator doc and re-export.
If it processes OK there is something wrong with that file.
If not, it is a graphic or font in Creator screwing things up.
