Strange PDF header? problem

I just preflighted it in InDesign and Acrobat, but no real red flags
popped up. I did notice in Acrobat that it had PDF/x label missing or
incorrect, but I've never let that one stop me from sending a page. I
think that pops up when we distill a page whose file name changes from
the original document to what we label it for sorting purposes, but I
could be completely wrong about what it means.

When we get a pdf from an outside client we run it thru Speedflow and then put it into Creator. We are on a pc platform.
