For any problem such as this, contact tech support. They will tell you  
that with 8.0.x, you can hold down the 'd' and 'b' keys when you  
launch Creator until the splash screen goes away, which will add the  
Debug menu to the menubar. Then you would choose the Log Exceptions  
menu item and use the program just as you did before and try to  
duplicate the error. After the error has appeared and you've clicked  
OK, you'd then look in ~/Library/Application Support/MultiAd/ and send  
the file exceptions.log back to tech support, which I would then look  
at to help figure out what went wrong.
