Borders 'not right file type' with 7.0.6 on Leopard?

I recently moved to a new Mac (G5 dual 2GHz) running Loepard (10.5.3).

If I try to open a few creator docs created with previous versions of  
creator (currently using 7.0.6) I get errors that it cannot find  
coupon border files. When I navigate to the border files, they are all  
greyed out and un=selectable. Clicking "allow me to select an  
alternate file" does not work.

I've repaired permissions and reinstalled Creator, no luck.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated...I'm on deadline!
