Color Issues

We have been having some color issues with Creator. I¹m just going to copy
what a designer wrote to me.

> We had a color issue with the Stine & Associates ad for the Guide to NE Ind
> RE.  The background green color got really dark and didn't match the logo like
> the customer wanted.

> The ad was designed in Creator and saved as an eps.  I opened the Creator file
> and the background is 60C 0M 80Y 0K to match the green in the customer's logo.

I have checked the preferences and have found no visible problem. Settings
don¹t indicate any problem. Any Ideas?
