Fit picture to box....

Select the Containment tool, then hold down one of the following keys while
dragging a graphic over the picture box:

N - No scaling (fits at current size)
S - Scale to fit and fill (fits to shape and ratio of picture box)
W - Fit within container (correct ratio with whole graphic visible)
C - Fit inside container (correct ratio with only part graphic visible)

Place image in a box - are there shortcut keys to fit the picture to  
the box proportionally and disproportionally?
