Compatibility issues

Chris,
I was following your email on the Creator forum about possibly  
upgrading to v.8. I also had been thinking about that. I haven't done  
it yet because from what I understand from our Agfa service rep we  
would need to change to a hires workflow on the server. We currently  
have an OPI workflow in place.  From what I understand we would have  
to change everybody over to a hires workflow. There isn't a way for us  
to test it first, so I have been hesitant.

I have installed AdSuite 7 on a few machines. It seems to run just a  
little bit slower than our previous version but not enough to make a  
difference.

I like some of the changes that they have made in AdSuite7.  I like  
the fact that  Archive/Purge can now be done in OS X. I like the fact  
that I can install it on leopard. I like the search feature now. It  
shows tabs across the top.

Let me know if you decide to do the upgrade. I will be curious to see  
how it goes for you.
