Doc/pasteboard colors

This is likely an easy fix, but it's been bothering me for so long – more so now that my eyes are weakening as I age! Is there any way to change the document area color or the pasteboard color so tthat it is easier to see the edge of the document area? I often don't want the auto border but I do need to see exactly where the edge of my document is. Thanks, Della.
