Gradients in PDFs

[Telegram Prepress]

We recently experienced a CMYK gradient from Illustrator CS2  
displaying grayscale in Multi-ad 8.02 Mac (Intel - Leopard)
Creator Support suggested that we invoke transparency flattening  
during our save process which worked. We weren't working with  
transparencies, just doing the same old stuff we've been doing since  
Illustrator 8 for Mac.
