OT billing email ads

We do not use PBS, but we did is create 3 or 4 different size web ads
based on pixels count. These pixels sizes are sold to clients based on
name, ie banner, Skyscraper (tall side ad), footer and tile ad. These
pixels are matched to made up inch sizes, ie banner =4 x 1, skyscraper =
1 x 6, etc. Then the billing system is set to price based on 4 x 1, 1 x
6,etc. This solves the size issue for both the sales rep and accounting.
