OT billing email ads

ok..i think we had a breakthrough..aka a conferance call with PBS

turns out..the hold up was with accounting...my peeps knew how to do 
it..but couldn't get their brains around the numbers..ie thinking pixels 
rather than inches

once they were copnvinced that the numbers could be reasonably arbitrary 
ie overall web page size..then all was  well

and using different ad types for length of run

etc etc etc

i wish everything was that simple
