OT billing email ads

Yes, the education part is difficult.  You need to some how get them 
past the ruler dimensions and get them to associate the style of ad with 
the approximate dimensions.  Definitely a real challenge sometimes.

What we do on our bills is have a Description Line that says "Web Banner 
& Tile Ads"  which is placed on the bill automatically based on the way 
it is put into the system.  It still says size 4 x 1, but no one has 
complained or questioned.
