Well, I recall problems with Snap drives in the past. We might have  
addressed it by now in 8.0.x. You could at least try the most recent  
8.0.2 beta. Wait, scratch that… it's expired by now. Can't try the  
8.0.2 demo either because it won't let you save. I don't suppose  
you've purchased 8.0.x but just aren't using it yet? If not, contact  
tech support <creator_support at multiad.com> and ask them to send you  
8.0.3 beta. It's not a public beta yet, but it would be nice to know  
if your problem has been resolved in 8.0.x.
