Runtime Error

We're runing Creator 8 on Windows XP.
On one particular ad we keep getting a "Runtime Error" and Creator quits.
Weren't doing anything special - just formatting text when the error occurred.
This happened several times on the same ad
Any ideas on what a "Runtime Error" means and what may be causeing it?
