C8 Drags - Forced To Restart?

I can't remember if I brought this up previously but sometimes C8 will 
drag. I don't know if its C8 or whatever but:

I will be working at feverish pace and then all of sudden the lil wrist 
watch comes out and spins for a second (not the beach ball)

Drag, move or nudge an element the lil watch comes out...just about 
every action causes the lil watch to come out for a split second. Spell 
check: lil watch.

Normally this happens towrad the end of the week after a long day of 
opening, modifying, saving or closing the same ads over and over.

My fix is to restrat the machine (G5 dually nontel)

The ads are located on my drive and most of the artwork is on the servers.

I think I have brought up a drag issue (no comment ; )) in the 
past...but it was on saving or closing ads.
